We believe that enhancing our awareness of the common ground between birdsong and human music can transform our relationship with the environment. By slowing down birdsongs we can bring them closer to our musical world and understand and interact with them better.

Music is an important element of Planet Birdsong’s workshops and birdsong studio. We are creating games that facilitate memorising birdsong by singing and playing instruments, and others that facilitate the use of biophony for the creation of soundscapes and other musical compositions.
